 Task

When a high-ranking executive in a Fortune 100 company was asked to take on expanded role, she realized that what helped her achieve her current role would not guarantee her ongoing success.

 Action

Used a multi-stepped approach to help the leader enhance her performance in the organization. We used a soft 360 to assess goals and progress, as well as measured results throughout the coaching engagement to communicate results to stakeholders and leadership. Fine-tuned executive leadership brand and built stronger emotional intelligence skills to enhance organizational effectiveness, team leadership & development, and overall performance improvement.
