An EVP of Sales wanted to build his people leaders’ communication skills by teaching them relevant coaching skills to employ at work and with customers, which he saw as synonymous with emotional intelligence. These skills prepared seven cohorts for higher level people leadership roles in the organization.


Led multiple cohorts through the Lexicon Lens Coach-as-Leader program. The program teaches people leaders how to effectively lead and manage using emotional intelligence skills that are bolstered through key coaching skill development that are essential for organizational leaders.


As a result of implementing our Coach-as-Leader program, his team reported increased rapport and trust in internal and external relationships, as well as better problem-solving and brainstorming within the team. Several members of his team received leadership awards from the organization and today each member has been promoted to higher level positions in the organization.
