Conducted a culture assessment across the organization to measure for inclusion. Used the results to lead the organization through an ongoing, DEI / business structure and people leadership process to build awareness of inclusion, build acuity of inclusive language and actions, and to help people leaders develop an inclusive leadership style. Regularly assessed progress and adapted the program to better enhance outcomes.
This cultural change process is ongoing. To date, key retention numbers are improving across all divisions and functions. The organization is experiencing a high level of engagement through its feedback mechanisms and in employees are eager to share what works and doesn’t work for them when practicing inclusive leadership.
