The VP of Sales is struggling to integrate three divisions into one. He seeks a change management process to unite all three divisions into one high performing division for his organization.


After assessing the culture and uniting the client and his direct reports behind the key values and leadership behaviors of the newly united division, as well as addressing redundancies in positions, we engaged in a 15-month initiative that spanned the entire sales and marketing organization. People leaders received key leadership and communication skills training, as well as open mindset education to develop their coaching skills among all employees across their functions. The entire new division received training on how to bring their new division values to life through their work and we engaged the corporate communications lead to support the change management process.


After one year of integration, the sales division ranked first place among their four sales divisions.
